rotnoxnatl As usual with Dogtablet, it’s hard to pick a favorite track, but I think the chills I just got hearing the combination of Cat’s voice and that awesome guitar work on “Star” sealed it for me.

Always a treat to hear such amazing artists working together across the globe; love every minute of Dogtablet in my ears. Favorite track: Star (Ft. Cat Hall of Dissonance).

Colin Experimental and heady electronics collide with a collection of lovely vocalists make for a unique experience with this record. All the things I love about Electronic music is laid out perfectly here by Martin. Favorite track: Heavy Gravity (Ft. Jared Louche).

preciousken So many amazing elements in one place that connect all the tiny synapses in my mind and unleash a flood of dopamine right in the brainstem. Scene legends Martin King, Roberto Soave, and Jared Louche, have teamed up once again to bring out all the best in each other and we are reaping the sonic benefits. I’ve had a hole in my heart as Jared has been quiet lately. Hearing his mad prophet poet spinning spiderweb dreams again takes me on a fantastical journey. Favorite track: Every Little Lie (Ft. Sapphire Vee & Melodywhore).

Familiar though your face is I don’t know who you are I know nothing of your wishes made on shooting stars We come from different places We chased a dream this far And I imagine we’re connected by isallobars And now I see you through a filter Beautiful and glowing silver You’re unreachable, unknowable, my love transfigured I used to think that I could know you I spent a lifetime trying to show you That I’m not so far below you You’re my shooting star (the one I hope for, the one I wish for) Shooting star I watch you burn across the sky With all my heart I wish tonight I wish I may I wish I might You are the wish I wish tonight Shooting star

Under siege Breaking down Silence breeds All around In sublime fortitude I'll see you now In a strange Déjà vu I'll take you now Don't you fear me I'm Broken Words you can't see Unspoken You can take all of me And more Keep breathing You can take all of me And more Keep beating Hold on tight Don't let go Sip the night Take it slow Can't you hear me? I'm Broken Lost in daydreams Unspoken You can take all of me And more Keep breathing You can take all of me And more Keep beating Deceitful illusions There's nowhere to hide Conquer your demons And let me inside Don't you fear me I'm Broken Words you can't see Unspoken You can take all of me And more Keep breathing You can take all of me And more Keep beating You can take all of me And more Keep breathing You can take all of me And more Keep beating

Every Single Lie The tzippor strips and you watch it But it’s not yours so let her fly Want but don’t touch An image in your clutch But it’s just another lie I’ve done you wrong (this is not what you imagined) But you survive (severely lost and damaged) We are not real (the only way out) Nothing to feel (the only way out is through) But all those lies spoken: i told you everything there is to know and then i invented truths to sell my soul from beginning to end that was the ultimate goal You were just you (this is all that you imagined) I turned screw (hopelessly impassioned) it opened up (the only way out) then i slid through The tint has faded and we're left jaded Broken and empty from every single lie

Sitting sipping cool mint tea with the First Astronaut in the decibel stream. Under a Bedouin tent on the edge of the Sea of Tranquility. Planets wheeling quietly overhead. Heavy light streams thru thick gravity. Been living life near an explosive device, the orbiter’s mind’s a troubled tangled paradise. Don’t let go of your hose. Copyright Jared Louche, Lewes, 2021

Caught in a dream-memory, looped a long lifetime ago. Windows open on airplanes flying too low. Looped, flipped ‘round again and round you go .. in slo-mo the nights drone and drain into another dead zone. Dying Faces lose their glow. It’s broken gotta let go. Confusion is the hole. What’s next is unknown. You gotta let the bones roll before the hours go. Where did the hours go? Looped around one more go. Looped a long lifetime ago. Where did the hours go? You & Me 02:14
And here we are again against the wall. It's just the two of us. The two of us. Holding hands as we begin to fall It's just the two of us. The two of us.

Hide yourself from the line of fire The closing of the chapter from desire Distorted don’t know where to belong Something plays inside me like a song Desperate for acceleration And Mystical for manipulation I Woke up in the asylum With nothing left to hear I Crawled up from the bottom with Nothing left to fear I have nothing, nothing left to give You wanted something, something from within I have nothing, nothing left to hide I stand for something when I need to choose a side Try to run, got to go farther hide from you, trip and I stumble stagger and fall we stagger and fall Try to run, got to go farther hide from you, trip and I stumble stagger and fall we stagger and fall I’m just trying to hang on while the world keeps spinnin I’m just trying to believe while we all keep sinnin She wanted gold, and silver for a day But came from nowhere and nothing left to pay praying naked, cold and in the rain To the same god that left her lying there in pain Blow you mind with a million little pieces Thread the needle as the lie increases Poetic justice taken to the Exteme The search for answers is never what it seems I have nothing, nothing left to give You wanted something, something from within I have nothing, nothing left to hide I stand for something when I need to choose a side I’m just trying to hang on while the world keeps spinning I’m just trying to believe while we all keep sinning Stagger and Fall, We Stagger and Fall Stagger and Fall, We Stagger and Fall

I pool-gazed too long, admired my plumes all night I flew too close to the power lines. I foundered in black cables, entangled in dream snares darkly reversed, halo'd in electric blue-white snap. . . Air sang. Cordite scent drifted. Wings broke and ripped out from my shoulders. . . Now I walk. My back oily with blood, my K-Armature shell cracked, exposed to the elements. . . Beauty is hubris. Song of Regret grief is my souvenir from childhood's yesteryear the time i spent on you although you never asked me to again and again, i crashed and burned you always taught but i never learned i killed myself for you you haunted me, i sang for you a song of regret a song of regret for my love- my love i think it's over now i am still here somehow the silence and the chill i feel them now even still hours spent down on my knees, dying slowly by degrees and bleeding out for you it's over now a song of regret for love a song of regret for love i think it's over now and i have been set free to focus on the emptiness left inside of me i think it's over now but i have been set free grief is the souvenir of your malignancy

I don't move around much, much any more. Shuffle through maps and photographs on the floor. I don't get out much any more. Berlin, London, New York, Tokyo. Bright snapshots of the things I used to know. I used to know. Dawn breaks. Seagull and cafe. Crumpled edges start to fade. Laughing at it all, now I’m staring at the wall. What's in store is scattered on the floor. (not out the door) I don't move around much any more. Copyright Jared Louche, Lewes, 2020

Sometimes the world can be unkind You can stand up or run and hide And nothing stays the same, like yesterday No nothing stays the same, this will remain Let go of all the tears you've cried You are as strong as you decide And nothing stays the same, like yesterday Though nothing stays the same, this will remain Time to tell your fears goodbye Show me the star that burns inside It's not the same today, like yesterday And then the rain turns Pearldrop Blue

about

Pearldrop Blue 2012 - 2020.

Stories of shadows, memories, dreams, loves, losses, travels.... our hopes and our fears.
A tough year for the whole world has seen heartbreak and sadness, but also glimpses of the kindness and love that we all need in our lives.

Many thanks to all the amazing artists who've given their time and art to make this album possible.

Special thanks to Steve White (KMFDM / Pig) and Roger Ebner (Bitter Elixir) for sprinkling a little of their magic.
